1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using waterfallmaker.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Waterfall Maker (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to create, customize, and export waterfall charts for personal or professional purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

3. Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content & Data

You retain full ownership of any data you enter into the chart builder. As described in our Privacy Policy, your chart data is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for the content of the charts you create.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by Waterfall Maker and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Charts you create using the Service are yours. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service itself without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Plans. Pro is available at the price listed on our pricing page (currently $9 per month or $35 per year). Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Auto-renewal. All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until cancelled. You authorize Stripe to charge your saved payment method on each renewal.

Cancellation.You may cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from the “Manage subscription” link after sign-in). Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refund policy.Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase or any renewal — email waterfallmakersupport@appsnovo.com and we'll process it. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable; cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges. We reserve the right to grant goodwill refunds outside this policy at our discretion.

Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are stored by Stripe and never touch our servers. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's end-user terms.

Failed payments.If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to a past-due state. Pro access may be suspended after repeated failures. We'll attempt to notify you by email so you can update your payment method.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any output produced by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waterfall Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
